That's how it is and how it's always been.
It's what we do with these things that makes the difference.
I believe that if we can do the work to let go of feeling shit about our shit, we can find peace, contentment and joy. All the damn time.
I'm not there yet. But I'm working on it. And so this newsletter is as much a journey of me exploring my own shit as it is an offering to you.
